The project “Hamptons Greece” includes 280 luxury villas, together with a 5-star hotel and a conference center!

Canadian-Iranian businessman and former agent of AO Kavala, Alex Haditatzi, presented his vision to turn Nea Heraklitsa Kavala into the Hamptons of Greece, who invested in the transformation of Nea Heraklitsa alana into a spectacular gated community.

The businessman published on his personal Facebook account the plans of the two architects with whom he collaborated for this huge project, which includes 280 luxury villas, together with a 5-star hotel and a conference center!

The Canadian businessman’s post reads: “Dear friends! I am excited to announce my new project, “Hamptons Greece”, an exclusive gated community located on 149,000 m2 of prime beachfront real estate in Greece. Surrounded by the stunning Aegean Sea, idyllic mountains and picturesque olive groves, this community offers contemporary luxury and design like no other.

According to the post, sales for these homes will begin on February 1, 2023, but, the entrepreneur states, “I’m holding 10 homes for friends and family pricing, which includes $100,000 USD off the pricing.”

“Not only will you and your family be able to enjoy a luxury villa in a sunny European country, but you will also be on the path to EU citizenship with a Greek Golden VISA (up to 8 people).
