There have been tragic mistakes and omissions in my case, e.g. selective evidence has been included in the case file, the most exculpatory for me have been omitted, such as conversations with the defendant Mihos, in which I show my interest in where my daughter is and what she is doing. Just as I am surprised to find that the media have presented evidence such as Mihos’ acquaintance with Sofianidis, already accused, hotel and airbnb reservations that have never entered the courtroom. I wonder why and who they are going to cover.
I have been detained at the moment when my very gut is shouting that I knew nothing. I am impressed by the decision of the prosecutor who rejects my release and is based on non-existent reasons, such as that I will commit new crimes at the moment when they themselves have temporarily taken away my custody and for some remittances that I, as well as my own child, I have explained that I did not know.
