The new Digital Card is interconnected with the DYPA Digital Register and is updated daily by it
The government representative, Yiannis Oikonomou, refers to the new DYPA Digital Card that is now available through the gov.gr Wallet in a post on Twitter.
“With a plan, the leaps in digital transformation continue as the new DYPA Digital Card is now available via http://gov.gr Wallet, marking the abolition of the printed form of the unemployment card & providing immediate access”, he points out in his relevant post.
The new Digital Card is interconnected with the DYPA Digital Register and is updated daily by it. Clarity is thus ensured as to who is entitled to which benefits, in accordance with what Law 4921/2022 “Jobs Again” stipulates.
The DYPA Digital Card is the fourth document included in the Wallet. The Police Identity Card and Driving License are already available, while the Digital Disability Card was added last November.
So far, more than 930,000 identity cards, 760,000 driving licenses and 5,900 disability cards have been stored.
