The ninth apology for the gruesome case of the gang-rape of a 15-year-old boy, by children of his age, was received by the Juvenile Investigator before whom a 14-year-old woman who was allegedly present in one of the incidents that unfolded some time ago in an abandoned house in Ilion, apologized.
The accused, after her apology, was released on the condition that she be monitored by a social worker. The 14-year-old has been named by the 15-year-old who was brutally abused, that she was present and watched what happened one of the times the boy was tortured. In front of the judicial officer, the girl allegedly denied what was attributed to her, accepting that in one of the two incidents reported by the victim, she was present at the scene, but without realizing, due to a fight that was developing, what exactly happened to the 15-year-old .
“My principal maintains that she has nothing to do with this incident. She was present, but due to the altercation of the individuals, she could not discern what exactly happened.. My principal did not have any video in her possession, nor did she know of the existence of any video.” said her advocate Markos Tsiogas, after the conclusion of the 14-year-old’s statement.
A total of six minors between the ages of 15 and 17 have been sent to prison for the case. Three defendants, including the 14-year-old who pleaded guilty today, were judged by the Investigator and the Prosecutor to be released under restrictive conditions.
