The murder of a 33-year-old man in the summer of 2020 at the Chalkidiki School was solved. Actors two foreigners aged 39 and 53.
Specifically, as reported by EL.AS, the methodical and thorough investigation by police officers of the Department of Crimes against Life and Personal Freedom of the Security Directorate of Thessaloniki led to the investigation of a case of homicide of a foreigner, who was found dead on September 10, 2020.

For the case, 2 other foreigners, aged 39 and 53, were identified as perpetrators, one of whom is already incarcerated in the Detention Center of the Country for his involvement in a case of illegal alien trafficking.

In particular, as it emerged from the ongoing investigation, the 33-year-old, in the afternoon hours of 15-08-2020, had gone together with the alleged perpetrators, with whom he maintained friendly relations, in an area of ​​Halkidiki and since then had not given any signs of life to those concerned of. From the combined study, the exchange – collection of information with foreign police services through the Directorate of International Police Cooperation of the Hellenic Police Headquarters, as well as the carrying out of special investigative acts, the above persons were identified as the perpetrators of the murder.

The case file was submitted to the competent Prosecutor and the 39-year-old was temporarily detained, while an Arrest Warrant was issued for the 53-year-old, who had already fled to his country of origin and is wanted.
