A hotel customer decided to show his displeasure with the service and the service in an original – and excessive – way: he drove his car into the lobby, causing chaos.
The incredible incident happened at the Central Hotel in Shanghai, after the customer had a dispute with employees about his computer, which had been lost.
Videos posted on social media show the scene: a white convertible crashes into the hotel’s entrance, reverses and then continues through the lobby.
“He’s out of his mind!”, stunned hotel guests can be heard saying as the car destroys everything in its path.

Finally, the driver takes the car out of another exit door of the hotel, with all the alarms on.
“You have no idea what you did” shouted people who saw the scene, while others tried to get the driver out of his car.
According to the police, he is a 28-year-old man named Chen. As for the missing computer, hotel staff told AFP the computer was stolen and later found outside the hotel.
No injuries were reported in the incident, police said on social networking site Weibo, adding that the driver was arrested pending an investigation.
