At 5 pm, the 34-year-old’s testimony was interrupted – Roula Pispirigou had again filed a request to exempt the interrogator a few days ago
A request for exemption from the investigator investigating the deaths of Malena and Iris was filed for the second time by their accused mother, Rula Pispirigou.
The 34-year-old woman, who began her apology to the court clerk in the morning, for the deaths of her two youngest children – a process that was interrupted at 5 pm – invokes the court clerk’s bias.
The request was submitted to the public prosecutor and according to information, it will be examined as soon as possible, so that possibly even tomorrow there will be a will of the judicial council that will rule on what the accused claims against the interrogator.
In the event that the request for exemption is rejected, the 34-year-old’s testimony will continue from the point where it was interrupted.
Roula Pispirigou had again filed a request for the exemption of the judicial officer a few days ago, claiming before her apology that specific medical examiners be examined as witnesses of special knowledge. The investigator agreed to examine the witnesses and thus the 34-year-old’s testimony was set for today.
