Two foreigners – a 16-year-old Pakistani and a 31-year-old Swede – and a 41-year-old Greek were arrested shortly after beating and robbing the tourist
As part of the spontaneous procedure, two foreigners – a 16-year-old Pakistani, a 31-year-old Swede – and a 41-year-old Greek were arrested in Athens by DIAS police officers, who are accused of beating and robbing a 48-year-old Spaniard on Filopappou hill.
In particular, according to ELAS, on the afternoon of last Wednesday, January 11, the three defendants, with their facial features covered, immobilized the 48-year-old with a knife threat and after punching him in the body and face, stole his mobile phone phone and ran away.
Police officers of the DIAS Team, who were patrolling the historical center of Athens, after searches, managed to locate the three people and took them to the Acropolis Security Department, where they were identified as the perpetrators of the robbery and immediately afterwards arrested.
The arrested were taken to the Criminal Prosecutor of Athens
