The case
On the evening of May 20, 2021, the perpetrators broke into the premises of the Local Organization for Vascular Improvements in Heraklia, Serres.
There, they disabled the alarm system and then removed a safe containing the sum of 61,258 euros, as well as the sum of 700 euros from a desk drawer.
The stolen safe was found broken into the next day by the police in a rural area and attributed to an official of the organization.
