However, the intoxication test found that he was under the influence of alcohol at a rate of 2.18 mg/lt of exhaled air during the first measurement and 2.07 mg/lt during the second measurement, with a limit of 0.25 mg/lt.

The 43-year-old mother of three children stated in court that from 2020 does not have a diploma because it has expired and for its renewal she must return to her country.

She maintained that she does not drive without a license, but gave no excuse as to how she ended up drunk behind the wheel of a friend’s car. When asked why he does not issue a diploma in Greece, he replied that he has difficulty learning Greek. For the charges of driving without a license while intoxicated sentenced to six months with a three-year suspension and a fine of 1200 euros.
