The prime minister spoke of a tragic accident while on duty, under extremely demanding training conditions.

Shocked by the death of the co-pilot of the fighter Phantom that crashed in Andravida, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis said in a post on Facebook, stressing that the homeland will not forget him.

I was shocked to learn of the crash of a fighter aircraft and the loss of the co-pilot, Lt. Gen. Marios – Michael Turoutsikas, while the search for the captain continues“, the Prime Minister said, referring to a tragic accident while on duty, under extremely demanding training conditions.
