The prosecutor of the Mixed Jury Court of Athens proposed a criminal sentence of 6 years for each act for the actor Petros Fillipides.

At the same time, the court unanimously rejected the two mitigations.

Upon hearing the decision, the lawyer of Petros Filippidis, Michalis Dimitrakopoulos, said: “Am I vain that I am buying? I have a debt to my principal. (He turned to Philippides).
I believe you are innocent. It will be erased at the appeals court,” he said and added: “Six years in prison? So much agony to say that Petros Filippides was convicted. With what conscience will you go home to sleep?’ Was there an act of violence? Did any of the girls describe violence to say 6 years in prison? No. Do you know what six years in prison means? Prison. Are these two attempts for prison?

Earlier, the prosecutor proposed to reject the request of Petros Filippidis for the recognition of mitigating factors. The Filippidis side had requested that the mitigating factors of prior cohabitation and good behavior after the act be recognized.
