Today Monday and tomorrow Tuesday (February 13 and 14) the “Street of Poets” turns into the “Street of Lovers”, full of hundreds of red heart-shaped balloons and lots of music.
As early as 11 in the morning, and tomorrow at the same time, the pianist Marios Kanavakis from the Philharmonic of Glyfada will fill the heart of the city with wonderful melodies, while the two afternoons, from 5:30 to 7:30, Ioanna Sevopoulou will sing accompanied by piano and saxophone.
“This two days in our Glyfada will be special. We celebrate love and romance and invite you to have a good time, to change for a while performances from everyday life which is unfortunately marked by a tragic current event that has deeply shocked us”, emphasizes the Mayor of Glyfada George Papanikolaou.
The activities are coordinated by Deputy Mayor Annie Kavka, President of the Glyfada Trade Association.
