The 23-year-old accused, of Pakistani origin, for the rape of the 12-year-old girl in Colonos, out of the 5 in total who were arrested on Tuesday night, was released with restrictive conditions after his confession to the investigator.

On the contrary, by the decision of the prosecutor and the investigator, his other 4 co-accused in the case of the sexual abuse and exploitation of the 12-year-old girl were remanded in custody.

Among those remanded in custody is the 65-year-old dermatologist, father of many (five children), who is accused of molesting the 12-year-old girl at least twice for a fee.

The conditions for the 23-year-old Pakistani are to pay a bail of 5,000 euros and appear three times a month at the police station in his area.

According to ELAS police sources, all five were identified by their electronic traces.

All the defendants denied the charge of sexual intercourse with a minor for pay attributed to them.

The 23-year-old man, who was released, reportedly emphasized that he had no contact with the minor, who allegedly recognized him through a photo she had taken three years ago. In addition, he argued that the girl described to the police a different color of car than the one owned by the accused.

With today’s temporary detention decisions, the defendants who have been remanded in custody for the case are 12, including the girl’s mother.

In the context of an investigated case of pimping in Kolonos, by the Sub-Directorate for the Protection of Minors of the Attica Security Directorate, three citizens, 65 , 49 and 44 years old and two foreigners, 50 and 23 years old accused of sexual acts with a minor under the age of 12, for a fee, consecutively.
