The General Secretariat of Commerce and Consumer Protection of the Ministry of Development and Investment provided clarifications regarding the distribution of food and the receipt from a store after midnight on Friday.
As it is emphasized, take away, delivery and drive-through services are allowed without the stay of customers inside the companies and without the need to show certificates of vaccination or disease or a statement of negative diagnostic / self-diagnostic test.
In a statement, the Ministry of Development points out to the consumer public and the catering companies the following:
In section F. of point 15 of par. 1 of article 1 of items D1a / GP.oik. 81558 of the Joint Ministerial Decision (Β ‘6290) provides that the services of delivery of products in a package from the store (take away), distribution of products (delivery) and on the way of service (drive-through) are allowed without the stay of customers in the internal responsibility of without the need to show vaccination or disease certificates or a negative diagnostic / self-diagnosis certificate.
It is further clarified that the services of delivery of products in a package from the store (take away), distribution of products (delivery) and drive-through service (drive-through) do not fall within the time limit of the other sections of point 15 of par. 1 of article 1 of under elements D1a / GP.oik. 81558 of Joint Ministerial Decision, since the above restriction concerns the provision of catering services outside or inside the store and not the preparation and delivery of food for their consumption in other areas.
