– 20 in Crete,

– 17 in Thessaly,

– 16 in Central Greece,

– 10 in Western Macedonia and

– 9 in Eastern Macedonia and Thrace.

88 violations and 8 arrests for rules of operation of shops, private companies and other violations of the relevant legislation (prohibition of operation, non-use of a mask, percentage of square meter per person, etc.).

In the above cases, the following sanctions were imposed for violation of suspension of operation and related violations of the relevant provisions.

Particularly:

In Attica,

– Arrest and a fine of 5,000 euros to a coffee owner, with the imposition of a 15-day suspension of operation, for exceeding the opening hours. Arrest of an employee of the store for violation of article 285 of the Penal Code. and a fine of 300 euros to 6 customers for not using a mask.

– Arrest and a fine of 5,000 euros to a store owner, with the imposition of a 15-day suspension of operation, for exceeding the opening hours.

In Western Macedonia, 2 violations of 300 euros, for not using a mask, by shop owners.

In Thessaloniki, 1 violation of 300 euros, for not using a mask, by a customer of a store.

In the South Aegean,

– 5,000 euros fine in a store, with the imposition of a 15-day suspension of operation, for violation of operating hours.

– 11 violations of 300 euros, for not using a mask, by store employees. Additional 3 violations of 300 euros, for not using a mask, by vehicle passengers.

In Crete,

– 5,000 euros fine in a coffee bar, with a 15-day suspension for the use of music.

– 5 violations of 300 euros, for non-use of a mask, by employees of stores.

In the Ionian Islands, 2 violations of 300 euros, for not using a mask, by shop customers.

In Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, 11 violations of 300 euros, for not using a mask, by shop owner and customers.

In Central Greece, 2 violations of 300 euros, for not using a mask, by shop customers.

In Western Greece,

– Arrest and a fine of 5,000 euros to a temporary store manager, with the imposition of a 15-day suspension for the use of music.

– Arrest and a fine of 5,000 euros to a store owner, with the imposition of a 15-day suspension of operation, for exceeding the opening hours.

– 5 violations of 300 euros, for not using a mask, by shop customers.

In the Peloponnese,

– Arrest and a fine of 10,000 euros to a store owner, with the imposition of a 30-day suspension of operation, for customer service without the necessary certificates and for not installing disinfectants, while 1 violation to the customer.

– 5,000 euros fine in a store, with the imposition of a 15-day suspension of operation, for customer service without the necessary certificates and a fine of 300 euros to the customer.

– 2 violations of 300 euros, for not using a mask, by a customer of a store.

In Thessaly,

– From 5,000 euros fine to 2 temporary store managers, with the imposition of a 15-day suspension on each, for customer service without the necessary certificates.

– 3 violations for deprivation of the necessary certificates to store customers.

– 6 violations of 300 euros, for not using a mask, by employees and customers of stores.

In Epirus,

– 5,000 euros fine in a restaurant, with a 15-day suspension for the use of music.

– 3 violations of 300 euros, for not using a mask, by shop customers.

In Central Macedonia,

– Arrest and a fine of 5,000 euros to a temporary store manager, with the imposition of a 15-day suspension of operation, for violation of operating hours.

– 2 violations against an equal number of people for violation of health protocols when entering the country.

– 1 violation for deprivation of the necessary certificates to a store customer.

– 5 violations of 300 euros, for not using a mask, by employees and customers of stores.

In the North Aegean,

– 5,000 euros fine in a cafe – bar, with the imposition of a 15-day suspension, for the use of music and standing customers.

– 8 violations of 300 euros, for not using a mask, by an employee and shop customers.

In addition, for private gatherings and other related infringements:

In Thessaloniki, an arrest and a 50,000 euro fine per person for organizing a private gathering in a place.

Finally, 3 violations were confirmed for non-completion of the PLF (PassengerLocatorForm) electronic form by a traveler.
