In a critical but stable condition, the 18-year-old who fell yesterday from the balcony of the third-floor hotel on the beach of the city, where he was staying, is being treated at the University Hospital of Patras. He has serious fractures in both his legs, but also in his spine.

The young man from Ilioupoli, who is a football player in the Trahonos Alimos team, had gone to Patras with his girlfriends, who also live in the same area, for the carnival.

During the police investigation, it was found that he had used cannabis in the room of the two girls who were hosting him and went out to the balcony, where he allegedly lost his balance and fell from a height of about ten meters, to the back of the hotel where the swimming pool is.

According to some testimonies, there had been a verbal confrontation between the young man and one of his girlfriends.

The response of EKAV was immediate. Initially, a two-wheeled rescuer went to the scene, who offered first aid, while then the ambulance came and transported the student to the University Hospital of Patras.
