One more victim has been identified of the train tragedy in Tempe. It’s about him 33-year-old Mohammad-Andriz Mia from Bangladesh, who was on board the fatal train IC-62 and was traveling from Athens to Thessaloniki, as confirmed by the lawyer of the family of the unfortunate immigrant, speaking to the Athens Agency. His details had not been possible to identify, which was done only a few hours ago.
According to what was reported by lawyer Thanasis Hatzakos, a DNA sample from the 33-year-old was taken from a toothbrush that was in his home and was identified with biological material collected from the scene of the accident. According to Mr. Hatzakos, Mohammad-Andriz Mia worked in Greece as a peddler and had come down to Athens for the needs of his job. His disappearance was reported to the police by a friend (of the same nationality), who knew about the trip.
As his friends reported to the Athens Agency, the 33-year-old lived in Greece for about ten years and earned his living by selling accessories (faux bijoux).
