The Executive Committee of ADEDY, after taking into account the announcements of POSE/EFKA and POPOKP, supports the strike action announced by the Federations for today, Tuesday, March 7, 2023.
It is recalled that a nationwide strike has been announced for today (Tuesday) by the Panhellenic Federation of Staff of Social Policy Organizations (workers at EFKA).
As announced, the requests are as follows:
“- Hundreds of permanent staff recruitments directly at EFKA, with reinforcement of all structures nationwide.
– Immediate and fixed salary increase for all EFKA employees, based on inflation. Reinstatement of 13th and 14th salary.
– Management of EFKA’s real estate by the institution itself and its insured and pensioners and not by a Limited Company.
– Abolition of all reductions in salaries and pensions, which were passed and implemented with the memorandum laws.
– No to all kinds of pre-election crumbs and tips. Increases in all pensions, main and subsidiary, based on inflation and accuracy.
– Retroactive payments to all pensioners, without courts and prerequisites”.
“We will not allow EFKA to become an exception organization from the rest of the public sector, with the positions of General Managers and Directors being staffed by managers and “golden boys”, with a special – challenging salary and completely non-meritorious procedures” ADEDY points out in its announcement.
At the same time, the Executive Committee of ADEDY calls on trade union officials to “attend” the protest rally, which will take place on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
