It was found that the abuse of the animal’s genital organs is either due to an exogenous factor or as a result of human intervention…
The shocking abuse of an elderly, spayed, stray dog in Mytilini is characterized as a sick act of “an external factor, probably human, which unfortunately we will never be able to prove”.
The 14-year-old dog was taken from the yard of the Mytilini Hospital where she lived, with severe bleeding from her genitals, yesterday morning for first aid treatment at the Veterinary Clinic of Mr. Akindynos Palaiologos.
After ruling out some other diseases – and given that the animal was neutered – it was determined that the abuse of its genitals was either due to an external factor or as a result of human intervention, the veterinarian told the camera of ERT B. Aegean.
She underwent surgery, the bleeding stopped and today she is in better health.
Ark Declaration
Vets can’t say with 100% accuracy if it’s sexual abuse but all the evidence there is converging. She is an old female spayed stray and the blood comes from the animal’s womb. We are in contact with the vets to clarify if it is abuse – regardless of “rape” – or if it could also be some organic problem of the animal.
