The scientists are waiting for the histopathological investigation in the further laboratory tests that will give the exact cause of death.

The 38-year-old gave birth on March 8, 2023, in the bathroom of her home, in Kalyvia Elassonas. As she claimed to doctors at the Larissa hospital, the little angel was dead and she threw it in the trash. She notified her relatives and they undertook to bury it in their own plot of land, about two kilometers from the woman’s house.

The 38-year-old went to the hospital and the doctors to its Emergency Department Larissa General Hospital they determined that her bleeding was coming from childbirth and that the woman was at risk from the septic condition into which she had fallen. Thus, they decided to admit her to the Intensive Care Unit where she remains hospitalized in a serious condition. The preliminary investigation into the tragic incident is ongoing.
