The A21 online platform for submitting child benefit applications closes today at 6:00 p.m., according to the OPECA announcement
Today, Monday, March 13, at 18:00, the A21 electronic platform for the submission of child benefit applications will be closed, according to a relevant announcement by the Welfare Benefits and Social Solidarity Organization (OPEKA).
The platform will be temporarily closed, until 30/3/2023, to process the applications and clear the payment of the first two months of 2023.
Beneficiaries of the child benefit can submit their application on the IDIKA platform www.idika.gr or through the website www.opeka.gr using the personal access codes of the beneficiary on Taxisnet.
The entitled amount will be calculated on the basis of the dependent children to be declared in the A21 application of the year 2023 and the total family income that the beneficiaries had in the tax year 2021.
Changes to 2023 applications
The changes include the control of attendance of dependent children in compulsory education – from kindergarten to high school – and the adequacy of attendance is a mandatory entry in the application, which must include:
- The school unit
- The classroom
- The student registration number
- The year of completion of compulsory education
