From today Friday, the draft law of the Ministry of Health with the title “Pharmaceutical Associations-Panhellenic Pharmaceutical Association-Pharmaceutical Scientific Research Institute” is put into public electronic consultation. where after 95 years, as mentioned, the operating framework of the Pharmaceutical Associations and the Panhellenic Pharmaceutical Association is being modernized.
In this context, every social partner and every interested party is invited to participate in the public consultation, submitting their proposals for any improvement of the provisions of the legislation. The consultation will last until 5 April 2023, Wednesday at 8.00 am.
The purpose of the draft law is:
- the modernization and codification of the legislation concerning Pharmaceutical Associations and their operation, including the Panhellenic Pharmaceutical Association, given that the current institutional framework defined by Law 3601/1928 (A’ 119), as it has been replaced and in force today (95 years after its enactment, it is now obsolete, with provisions which in some cases conflict or overlap or have been repealed.
- the achievement of the optimal functioning of the Pharmaceutical Associations and the Panhellenic Pharmaceutical Association in a manner that is, on the one hand, absolutely modern, efficient and transparent, and on the other hand, that suits their dual nature as legal entities under public law, of an associational nature.
