The father was remanded in custody which is accused that raped his minor daughter in Grevena, who appeared before the investigator, again today Friday (24/3). The man denies all charges.
The girl who is allegedly abused is 16 years old while the father does not deny that he abused the child, according to information.
The father was presented to the investigator with the charges of rape, sexual intercourse with a minor child and bodily harm to weak persons.
The man denies all the accusations, while his lawyer has requested expert child psychologists to testify for the sixteen-year-old girl.
According to information from ERT Kozani, teachers of the minor’s school recently saw her visibly bruised and abused, as a result of which they asked a child psychologist to examine her case.
Thus, the minor reportedly reported her abuse by her own father and this fact led to the arrest of the 41-year-old by order of the prosecutor of Grevena.
The 16-year-old is constantly under the supervision of child psychologists.
