In the “frame” of the case, two other people who allegedly abused the child have joined

It is recalled that the case file filed by the Heraklion Police Department pertains to repeated rape, repeated sexual acts with minors or in front of them, repeated repeated pornography of minors, repeated pimping, repeated illegal violence, and refers to period from 2018 to February 15, 2023.
The case came to light after complaint by family of 16-year-old who, as he stated in his statement to the police, was receiving threats from the 66-year-old in order not to reveal to anyone what was happening between them.
The main accused last Tuesday he was brought before the Prosecutor and then requested and received a deadline to apologize tomorrow Friday.
The 66-year-old himself denies any involvement in the case of rape and pimping at the expense of the minor boy, speaking of plagiarism.
According to his defense attorney Dionysis Verra “the case file is based exclusively on some descriptions of the child and the findings concern the child himself, while the 66-year-old does not seem to have any digital participation”.
For his part, the lawyer of the minor’s family, Giorgos Kokosalis, had emphasized that this is an unprecedented case for the criminological data of Crete. However, he said in his statement that “those who knew did not fall from the clouds”.
“Let the knife reach the bone, open the mouths” – urged Mr. Kokosalis, drawing the attention of the parents, noting that the profile of these perpetrators that “they are people next door and with particular social penetration”. As he noted, the 66-year-old defendant “managed in a short period of time to make it his clumsy and irresponsible executive body, open to his criminal appetites.” He even speculates that there will be shocking developments…
According to Mr. Kokosalis, in addition to the lyre player and the doctor from whom abuse does not appear, two other people who allegedly abused the child have been included in the “frame” of the case, but they have not yet been identified.
