Criminal prosecutions the public prosecutor of Rethymno exercised on 30 years old who was arrested at the port of Heraklion while boarding the liner to depart for Athens, for negligence at the expense of 19 years old student.

According to information from cretapost, the young man was brought before the prosecutor today on the charge of abuse in carelessness which is of a criminal nature. He was then brought before the investigator where he requested and received a deadline and is now expected to apologize on Friday.

It is worth noting that the 30-year-old denies the accusations.

The 19-year-old’s complaint

It is recalled that according to what the young girl reported, under the influence of drunkenness, she was taken, in the early hours of Monday, to a hotel room with a young man and then found that there were still two people there.

There it seems that they performed sexual acts against her.

The girl named the young men who are not residents of Rethymnon. They met in Crete as part of a concert they gave since one of them is a trapper.

On Monday night, the 30-year-old was arrested while boarding the liner to depart for Athens, while the other two persons are being sought.
