The 66-year-old has been remanded in custody and criminal charges have been brought against him for the continued rape of a minor.

This is Anastasios Rerakis of Georgios and Aggeliki where the was born 1957 in Heraklion. As stated in the police statement, “this publication, in accordance with the relevant prosecutor’s order, is intended to protect minors and society from such criminal behavior and the State’s claim to investigate, detect, prosecute and prosecute similar crimes against of sexual freedom and economic exploitation of sexual life that may be revealed through it”.

It is noted that the 66-year-old is also accused of sexual acts with a minor who has not reached the age of twelve and who has reached the age of twelve, consecutively, pornography of minors in the form of making available and transmitting through information systems, child pornography material , the production of which is connected with the use and threat of use of violence against a minor (and) with the use of a minor who has not reached the age of fifteen, on a continuum, pimping carried out through the use of electronic means of communication on a continuum, illegal continuous violence, continuous violation of sexual dignity, with victims younger than twelve years of age and not, facilitation of continuous violations of minors, use, transmission and disposal of personal data obtained from the unauthorized intervention in any way in a system archiving of personal data on a continuous basis, and illegal possession of weapons.
