The support and cooperation of the General Secretariat of the Hellenic Diaspora and Public Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the promotion of the E-Learning programs of EKPA internationally, by informing and mobilizing the embassy and consular authorities of Greece abroad and the diaspora, was jointly decided during meeting between executives of G.G. S.A.&D.D. and the University of Athens.

Using public diplomacy as a vehicle, the wider support of the General Secretariat of A.E.&D.D. concerns the promotion of Greek culture, Greek studies and Greek literacy through the E-Learning programs of EKPA, such as courses on the Greek language throughout its history (ancient and modern Greek), Greek culture, the Mediterranean diet, philosophy, etc. .a.

As stated in an announcement by the General Secretariat of Hellenic Diaspora and Public Diplomacy, EKPA’s E-Learning offers 490 training programs in the Greek language and 47 in the English language, with more than 150 teachers of the Foundation, who participate in their development and implementation as academic managers, while more than 155,000 people have been trained. Also, it is noted that the educational process in the E-Learning programs of EKPA is implemented remotely through a user-friendly educational platform that utilizes and integrates all new technologies.

University or vocational school graduates and high school graduates can apply, depending on the requirements of each program.

Successful completion of the programs leads to the granting of a Certificate of Training or Specialized Training.
