From tomorrow, Friday – Detailed routes as announced by Hellenic Train
The addition of additional routes to the railway network, from Friday, April 7, was announced by Hellenic Train.
In particular, from 7.4.2023 they are in circulation
On the axis Athens – Thessaloniki – Athens:
- From Athens the IC56 train, with a departure time of 14:28
- From Thessaloniki the IC59 train, with a departure time of 18:08
On the Suburban Railway in the Piraeus – Magoula – Piraeus section:
- From Piraeus every hour: 05.15, 06.15, 07.15, ….., 21.15
- From Magoula every hour: 06.45, 07.45, 08.47, 09.47, ……, 22.47
It is clarified that for passengers to and from Kiato and Corinth, there is a bus connection with Magoula station, (bus line in the section Magoula – Kiato – Magoula and intermediate stations, except Zevgolati, and Magoula – Corinth – Magoula, respectively). For buses it is essential the reservation of seatsincluding unlimited travel card holders.
It is reminded that the bus routes remain in traffic on selected routes until the full restoration of rail traffic, while from 08/04/2023 the Athens-Thessaloniki bus routes will be canceled c50, c51, c56, c58, c59, c61, c62, c63.
Hellenic Train will inform about the itineraries that will gradually be added to the traffic schedule with newer announcements.
