The restrictive conditions concern the ban on fan behavior, i.e. not watching their team’s matches, the ban on leaving the country and their appearance once a month at the Police Station
Two young men were released with restrictive conditions who were involved in the fanatical, violent episode, last Friday in the Ioannina earthquakes, after their apology today to the investigator.
According to their lawyer Dimitris Buka, were released on restrictive conditions, until the trial of the case. The restrictive conditions concern the prohibition of fan behavior, i.e. not to attend matches of their team, the prohibition of exiting the country and their appearance once a month at the Police Department.
The four arrested are expected to apologize to the investigator tomorrow who, as recorded by a security camera, beat the four fans of the local team and are accused of attempted murder.
The health condition of the 30-year-old who is hospitalized in the ICU is stable but critical, while the 29-year-old who suffered head injuries was discharged at noon.
For the three young men who are evading arrest, the automatic procedure has ended and arrest warrants are expected today as they have been identified.
