A shocking video was posted by the sister of seven-year-old Christos, who died in 2011 in Drosia, Chalkida, when someone threw a nautical flare and it stuck in his eye.

On the occasion of the serious injuries of three children this year from firecrackers and sparklers in Symi, Agistri and Rhodes, Garifalia called on all those who feel Resurrection only if they see lights in the sky and “boom boom” not to go to the Church.

“If you have a niece, a nephew, a child arranging something like this with his friends, show this video. Talk to him or at least protect him because it’s a shame another family has to go through what mine has. I hope that those who need it will be smart.”
