More than 80 people are its victims criminal organization in which active police officers and their relatives participated.
The voluminous case file, which has been in the hands of the prosecutor since last Monday, includes messages and conversations of those involved who blackmailed their victims.
According to police sources, at least five (5) police officers allegedly had an active role in the criminal organization, who gave critical information to the other members, as they had access to the ELAS information center.
In addition to the five (5) police officers, it seems that their relatives also took part in the big trick, who will soon be called to give explanations in court.
The organization, according to everything mentioned in the file filed by the Attica security and forwarded to the prosecutor’s office, allegedly had a structure and hierarchy, while its profit from usury, extortion, forgeries and other scams is estimated at 2.5 million euros.
