The payment of the May main and supplementary pensions, the pension advance payment for the same month and OPECA benefits for April include – among other things – the planning of payments for the week of April 24-28. In total, it is estimated that around 2.5 billion euros will be paid to over 4.8 million beneficiaries.
Particularly:
1. The e-EFKA will make the following payments in the period 24-28 April, as part of the Agency’s regular payments:
On Tuesday, April 25, 544.3 million euros will be paid for the main and auxiliary May pensions to 920,092 pensioners from the former entities OAEE, OGA, NAT, ETAT, ETAA, ETAP-MME and PPC.
On Wednesday, April 26, 813.7 million euros will be paid to 1,558,439 pensioners of the State, IKA-ETAM, banks and OTE whose AMKA expires on 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9.
On Thursday, April 27, 813.8 million euros will be paid to 1,561,116 pensioners of the State, IKA-ETAM, banks and OTE whose AMKA ends in 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8.
On Friday, April 28, 6.5 million euros will also be paid to 17,000 beneficiaries for pension advances for the month of May, based on Law 4778/2021.
Finally, next week 93.5 million euros will be paid to 4,200 beneficiaries following the issuance of one-off decisions.
2. The following payments will be made by DYPA:
16 million euros to 27,000 beneficiaries for the payment of unemployment benefits and other benefits.
15 million euros to 9,000 beneficiaries under subsidized employment programs.
700,000 euros to 1,000 mothers for subsidized maternity leave.
4 million euros for 500 beneficiaries for Public Benefit Programs.
3. OPECA will make the following payments on Friday, April 28:
75 million euros to 177,000 beneficiaries for disability benefits (disability and maintenance).
42 million euros to 202,258 beneficiaries for Minimum Guaranteed Income.
33.1 million euros to 274,649 beneficiaries for housing allowance.
14 million euros to 35,550 beneficiaries for uninsured elderly benefits.
11.3 million euros to 11,244 beneficiaries for birth allowance.
110,000 euros to 510 beneficiaries as a State contribution to loans of the “GEFYRA” Program (due to COVID-19).
225,000 euros to 760 beneficiaries for housing assistance allowance.
210,000 euros to 5,970 beneficiaries for expatriate allowance.
165,500 euros to 2,135 beneficiaries as a State contribution to loans (main residence protection).
97,207 euros to 123 beneficiaries for funeral expenses of uninsured persons.
12,500 euros to 110 beneficiaries as a State contribution to vulnerable debtors.
