The guilt of the 28-year-old Agrinio football player, who is accused of the felony of committing genital acts, with a person who has not completed the age of 12 years, as a follow-up, was proposed by the local prosecutor and while the trial is ongoing at the Military Court of Ioannina. For his part, the accused denies all the charges.

During the transfer of the 28-year-old to the Military Court, tension prevailed, as relatives of the minor tried to intimidate the accused.

It is recalled that the 28-year-old Agrinio football player is accused of abusing the child between March 1, 2021 and the end of May of the same year.

The case that shocked the society of Agrinio was revealed through the drawings of the 4-year-old who lived a nightmare. The mother of the accused had custody of the child.

On July 23, 2021, the parents filed a complaint against him. The complaint was made to the Prosecutor’s Office of Agrinio, which in turn forwarded the case file to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Military Court of Ioannina, due to the fact that the accused was serving his military service at the time.

According to the indictment, during the time he was a soldier, in the summer of 2021, he went home and with the tolerance of his mother molested the minor boy.

The defendant’s mother is expected to go on trial in the coming months on charges of endangering a minor.
