In “mousetrap” of ELAS fell after an extensive investigation of a spiral of burglars in Ano Liosia.
According to the case file filed against them, they mainly operated at night in houses that had previously checked that their owners were away and could therefore operate undisturbed.
In the video that brings to light today, their method of action is captured.
By vehicle they go to the target apartment and after jumping the garden door they enter the uncovered area of ​​the apartment building.
Two of them go to the apartment they have put in “eye”, while the rest remain outside the apartment building playing the role of the chiller. Throughout the burglary, the car’s engine remains on so that if something happens, they are ready to escape.
The burglars were even organized as, as can be seen in the video, they communicate with each other via wireless so that those who enter the apartment have an image of what is happening outside.
Unfortunately for them, the apartment building’s security cameras betrayed them as it recorded their faces.
In this particular apartment, their loot was around 10,000 euros, as according to the owner’s testimony, they removed expensive watches and jewelry.
After an investigation and search by the authorities, the perpetrators were identified and arrested.
