Police officers of the Heraklion Police Department proceeded to arrest two people in Heraklion, who are accused of robbery and violations of the weapons legislation.

As it emerged from the police investigation and the preliminary investigation, the two after midnight, having covered their facial features and using a knife, took the sum of 200 euros from a business employee, as well as tobacco products with a total monetary value of 60 euro.

Then, according to the police, they went in an SUV in the area of ​​Malevizi Municipality to another business where, again with their facial features covered and with the threat of using a knife, they took the amount of 1,000 euros from an employee and in addition the obliged to supply the above vehicle with fuel worth ninety euros.

The perpetrators were identified shortly after by the police authorities and during a police operation, in which police officers from the Heraklion Police Department and police officers from the Two-Wheel Police Team of the Heraklion Immediate Action Department, located and arrested them.

In addition, all of the stolen items were found and confiscated in their possession, which were returned to the victims.
