The estimation that Turkey will cause an artificial crisis with Greece, after the elections, because “it is drowned in debts” was expressed by the internationally renowned economist Nouriel Roubiniduring the presentation of his book “Great Threats”, at the Delphi Economic Forum.

In the discussion he had with Sotiris Nikas, head of Bloomberg News in Athens, in his context 8th Delphi Economic Forum, which takes place from April 26 to 29 and is under the auspices of A.E. of the President of the Republic, Mrs. Katerina Sakellaropoulou, spoke of enormous new challenges that humanity has to face.

Roubini emphasized that the difference with previous years is that the challenges are not only economic or political, but many and different, both geopolitical and technological, also due to the artificial intelligence revolution.

Regarding Greece, Roubini said that it has recorded remarkable growth in the last three years, restructuring the banks, although it will have to do more on the issue of bureaucracy, while he also predicted that Turkey will create an artificial crisis with Greece immediately after the elections because she is in debt.
