Specifically was arrested, 45 years old His defender Coast Guard accused of arson, attempted explosion, disobedience and violation of weapons legislation, yesterday morning hours, Monday, May 8, 2023, by police officers of the Extortion Prosecution Department of the Attica Security Directorate.

In particular, after an appropriate preliminary investigation, in the context of which the collected evidence and data were evaluated and analyzed, it emerged that the 45-year-old had caused a fire in the morning hours of April 22, 2023 in a car owned by a Coast Guard Officer, resulting in its destruction, while in addition he threw grenade in the courtyard of the apartment building where she lives.

From his possession as well as in searches carried out in houses, the following were found and confiscated:

  • mobile phone,
  • -100,000- euros,
  • -2- carbines,
  • carbine without number and other indications,
  • pistol,
  • leather harness belt,
  • handcuffs,
  • -3- metal magazines,
  • -7- “Hollow point” cartridges and
  • vehicle.

The arrested person, with the case file filed against him, was taken to the competent prosecuting authority.
