The human mind cannot comprehend the tragedy that occurred in Arta, with the death of a 5.5-month-old baby girl.
According to initial information, the father left the little girl in the car for hours, resulting in her tragic death.
Police sources say that it all started when the father took the child to the nursery. But he never went to the nursery, he went to another job, forgetting the child in the car.
Hours later the nursery officials contacted the mother to find out if anything had happened to the little girl and she did not go. The mother contacted her husband asking where the child was, and he jumped in the car in fear but it was too late.
The child was unconscious. He immediately took him to the health center where he was pronounced dead despite the fact that all the staff fought hard to bring the baby back to life.
Both parents are in a state of shock in the hospital while many relatives have also rushed in who cannot believe what happened.
