A group of people attacked two 16-year-olds in Monastiraki Square and injured one of them in the abdomen with a sharp object.
2 people were arrested who participated in a group of people who they attacked in two 16 year oldsevening hours yesterday at Monastiraki Square and injured the one of the two in the abdomen area with a sharp object.
More specifically, 2 foreigners, 37 and 16 years old, were arrested for attempted homicide by complicity, affray and violation of weapons legislation, as part of the spontaneous procedure, yesterday evening (8/5) in Athens, by Immediate Action police officers.
After the attack, the minors informed patrolling police officers about the incident and after searches the 16-year-old was found inside a shop near the scene of the incident, which the 37-year-old from the Square area had also entered to hide and was taken to the Acropolis Security Department, where he was identified their participation in the attacking group.
The injured person was taken to a hospital for first aid.
The arrested were taken to the competent Prosecutor.
