The reconstructed Tower – with 24 floors and a height of 84 meters – is expected to open in October 2023, under the new name Piraeus Tower
The restoration work of the emblematic Tower of Piraeus, the second tallest building in the country after the Tower of Athens, is progressing rapidly, which – according to the schedule – will be delivered for use at the end of 2023.
The reconstructed Tower of Piraeus – with 24 floors (plus two basements), a height of 84 meters and an area of 34,623 sq.m. – expected to open in October 2023, under the new name Piraeus Tower.
On the ground floor, on the first and second floors, 7,000 sq.m. shops are going to operate. Especially on the ground floor, a space for the promotion and highlighting of the tourist product of Piraeus has been planned.
The third floor will include a multipurpose cultural function space with a catering area, while from the fourth to the 18th floor, office uses will be developed, with a total estimated area of 17,000 sq.m.
On the last two floors there will be dining areas with a view of the entire port of Piraeus.
