A colleague of the employee and the 32-year-old who was left in a coma from the blows, rushed to separate them and a fight ensued.

The 35-year-old accused in the case of the beating, a bar employee, was sentenced to 25 months suspended and followed the process of criminal mediation, while the second accused, his colleague, who is 33 years old, like the victim, was sentenced the day before yesterday in 15 months for grievous bodily harm.

The defendants had been charged with felony attempted murder, but the charge was changed to misdemeanor aggravated assault.
