Order imposing a sanction to suspend the operating license of the companies “NAMMOS VILLAGE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT S.A.”, “NAMMOS WORLD IKE”, “MYCRE INVESTMENT SOLE PROPERTY OPERATING COMPANY”, “NAMMOS RESTAURANT BY THE SEA S.A.” in the “Psarrou” area of Mykonos, pursuant to the sanctions of par. 1 of article 271A of Law 5037/2023, for arbitrary constructions, without delay and at the latest within 24 hours, until tomorrow, May 19, 2023, the general secretary of Spatial Planning issued & Urban Environment of the Ministry of Environment & Energy, Efthimios Bakoyannis.
