The company BELT Riviera SAwhich has been established by TEMES SA and ELLINIKO MAE, signed agreement with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group for its management Mandarin Oriental, Athens. As stated in the relevant announcement, it is about the new hotel and the luxury residences/apartments (branded residences) that will be developed on the coastal front of Hellinikon, with a horizon of opening in the summer of 2027.

According to the updated design, the investment includes a 5-star hotel with 123 rooms and suites, as well as 17 branded luxury residences, with a unique view of the Saronic Gulf and direct access to the sea. As stated in an announcement by Lamda Development, the hotel will offer the high-quality hospitality that Mandarin Oriental is known for, as well as multiple culinary options and leisure experiences. It will also feature indoor and outdoor meeting and event spaces, just minutes away from the cosmopolitan Agios Kosmos marina area. The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Athens will bear the signature of the Mandarin Oriental Group and will include wellness and beauty treatments inspired by Greece.
