Shock in Thessaloniki: 24-year-old complains that she was drugged and gang-raped at a party

The society of Thessaloniki has been shocked by the complaint of a 24-year-old woman for gang rape by three people, after she was drugged during a party at a hotel.

According to information, the young girl reported the incident to the White Tower Security Department on January 2 and filed a lawsuit against a young businessman for rape, with the result that a few hours later the businessman was brought and taken to a prosecutor and investigator.

By unanimous decision, the young businessman was released on restrictive terms.

A case was also filed against a second person who allegedly rented the hotel suite where, according to the girl, the heinous act took place.

According to the girl’s lawyer, everything that happened in the suite happened against her will and while she was under anesthesia.

Regarding the history of the case, according to Voria, gr, on New Year’s Eve a party was organized in a suite of the famous hotel, which was attended by young people, men and women.

The 24-year-old, who had gone to the party at the invitation of a friend, woke up the next morning in a room other than the one she had initially found, having previously, as she says, lost consciousness.

In fact, the lawyer of the 24-year-old in his statements on public television stressed that “there was a sleeping pill in the drink, she drank a large dose and the operation was done against her will”.

She then contacted a friend, to whom she stated that she had been raped, and then went to the police and made a complaint.

It should be noted that in the room where the 24-year-old woke up, boxes of pills that help with sexual arousal were allegedly found.
