Of the 307,000 taxpayers who received an email, only 35,000 have declared their IVAN so far
It may be that this year the income tax refunds have been verified and credited faster than any other year, nevertheless, 270,000 citizens and businesses still haven’t received the money or offset they’re entitled to.
The reason; Because they still haven’t declared their IVAN in their digital account myAADE portal.
Yes, for 130,000 of themthe tax refunds have been prepared and the only obstacle to paying the money is non-declaration of IVAN.
And this, despite the fact that AADE has already invited them by e-mail and with a message on their account to declare their IVAN immediately and be credited with the refund. Of the 307,000 taxpayers who received an email, only 35,000 have declared their IVAN so far.
So their Independent Inland Revenue Authority calls, once again, to declare the IVAN as soon as possible, in order to receive the refund amount to which they are entitled.
It should be noted that the IVAN is declared exclusively on the myAADE digital portal (myaade.gov.gr), in the “Register & Contact” option, using the taxisnet codes.
At the same time, AADE draws attention to all taxpayers to ignore any e-mail, which is supposed to come from gov.gr, AADE or their DOU (“your Tax Office”, as they often say), which asks them for information or confirmation of a bank account, in order to receive a tax refund, or contains a hyperlink ( link) to declare details of the IVAN.
These messages are NOT from AADE, they are misleading and must be deleted immediately.
