The evidence that emerged after the is chilling mother’s complaint of a minor girl, that a minor and even a relative, mistreated her daughter.

The complaint unfolded a tangle of 17-year-old molestations today a minor at the expense of two more minor girls.

In particular, the mother of a 15-year-old girl reported on April 21, 2023 acts of indecency against her daughter in December 2022 in her own home, by her underage cousin.

At the same time, the mother claimed that in November 2022, again in the home of the 15-year-old, the minor offender sexually harassed a 17-year-old friend of hers, a citizen of Albania, who has now reached adulthood.

The two girls were examined in the presence of a psychologist, after an order, and they confirmed the actions reported by the 15-year-old’s mother.

In particular, the 15-year-old reported that in December 2022, when she was at home with her cousin, he suggested that they have sexual intercourse, showed her his genitals and touched her on and through her clothes without her consent. which she told her mother three days later.

Her 18-year-old friend, examined in the presence of a psychologist, claimed that in November 2022, at her friend’s house, the 17-year-old made her obscene suggestions to have sex with him and he pulled her pants down, exposing her buttocks and making her feel ashamed.

From the course of the preliminary examination, it emerged that acts of sexual harassment were also committed against another girl in November 2019, when she was 14 years old, by the same defendant who was then 13 years old!

The 18-year-old girl today, Mstestified under oath that the 17-year-old assailant, at a mutual friend’s house, proposed to her to have sexual intercourse and groped her over her clothes on her breasts and genitals without her consent.

The 15-year-old’s mother also complained that on April 21, 2023, the 17-year-old tore a tire off her car.
The juvenile offender did not accept the charges against him before the police.
It should be noted that a forensic examination was carried out on the 15-year-old and the 17-year-old, as well as medical examinations at the Gastroenterology Department of GNP, with negative result for evidence of abuse, while medical examinations were ordered at the Gynecology Department of the General Hospital. A social survey was also ordered.
At the expense of the 17-year-old a case file was filed on the charge of violation of the law for sexual acts with minors serially as well as for damage to foreign property.
The case file was submitted to the First Instance Prosecutor’s Office of Rhodes for further proceedings.
