Until July 7 the date of submission of applications for inclusion in the Improvement Plans (submeasure 4.1, action 4.1.5) is extended according to a decision signed by the Minister of Rural Development and Food, Lefteris Avgenakis.

The application is submitted electronically through the State Aid Information System (PSKE) operating on the website https://www.ependyseis.gr/

The HYPAAT informed that “after the final date and time of submission (finalization) has passed, it is not possible to finalize the application, as a result of which it will not be evaluated”.

The public expenditure of the call amounts to 180,000,000 euros and is co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). This amount is distributed to the regions of the country.

After the evaluation of the payment requests, an additional amount of EUR 50,000,000 will be allocated as an overcommitment, so that the total public expenditure of the call will reach EUR 230,000,000.

Including, beneficiaries are those who have turned 18 and have not exceeded 63 years of agehave submitted an accepted Single Aid Application for the year 2022, but are also tax and insurance aware.

Furthermore, they should be registered with MAAE as professional farmers (not new entrants) or to be young farmers of sub-measure 6.1 for whom four years have not passed since the decision to join the measure and are not immediately retired, excluding cases of retirement due to disability.

Eligible investments can be considered all fixed investment goods that are new and unused, are functionally adapted to the conditions and activities of the holding and have a capacity, size, quantity commensurate with the production capacity of the holding. The necessary studies and the necessary software are also strengthened.
