The way was opened for the construction of new schools in Korydallos and Petroupoli, as well as the preparation of studies for the creation of new school infrastructure in Perama, Pefki and Cholargos
New school units will be built in municipalities of Attica, with funding from the region, through the Attica PEP 2014-2020, amounting to 6 million euros.
The way was opened for the construction of new schools in Nightingale and to Petersburgbut also the preparation of studies for the creation of new school infrastructures in Peramain Pine and to Holargoafter signing the relevant contracts at the offices of KTYP SA.
The relevant contracts were signed in the presence of the regional governor of Attica Giorgos Patoulis and the mayors of Perama G. Lagoudakis, Petroupolis St. Vlachos, Korydallos N. Khoursala, Lykovrisis-Pefkis T. Mavridis and Papagou-Cholargos H. Apostolopoulos. In particular, the five contracts with funding from Priority Axis 11 of the Attica PEP 2014-2020, which were signed are:
1. “Preparation of Studies, Required Approvals and Issuance of a Building Permit for the 1st NS Perama (2 seats all day)”. Tender budget for the study: 152,547.59 euros.
2. “Addition of building 5th Gymnasium (12 seats) of Korydallos in the area of ​​the Indoor Gymnasium, Special Primary School and Special Kindergarten of Korydallos – construction works and IT facilities”. Project tender budget: 4,234,400 euros.
3. “Preparation of Studies, Required Approvals and Issuance of a Building Permit for the 6th Pefki Kindergarten (2 seats all day)”. Tender budget for the study: 153,360.27 euros.
4. “17th Kindergarten of Petroupoli – Construction works & IT installations’. Project tender budget: 1,120,000 euros.
5. “Preparation of Studies, Required Approvals and Issuance of a Building Permit for the 6th All-Day Primary School of Cholargos (6 seats all day)”. Tender budget for the study: 408,163.16 euros.
The five mayors expressed their warm thanks to Mr. Patoulis and the officials of the region for the immediate inclusion and financing of building infrastructure, which contribute to solving chronic problems in the adequacy of school infrastructure, recorded in Attica.
