The “ERGANI” information system was opened on Thursday for the submission of, among other things, unilateral statements by artists for January, in order to receive the special purpose compensation for the SYN-ERASIA Mechanism of previous months. Specifically:
A. Submission of unilateral statements by artists for the month of January 2022
From 20/1/2022 until 31/1/2022, all registered artists-professionals of Art and Culture are given the opportunity in the special platform artandcultureprofessionals.services.gov.gr in the information system “ERGANI” of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs Cases until 10/1/2021, who are entitled to special purpose compensation, according to the joint Ministerial Decision 3514 / 17-1-2022 (Β ‘103), regardless of specialty, to make unilateral responsibilities statements for the month of January 2022 in P.S. “INSTRUMENTS”, if they have not already done so.
B. Co-operation mechanism
I. New deadlines for submission of declarations for the months of September, October and November 2021 – Phase 1 COOPERATION
It is possible to submit to the PS. “INSTRUMENTS” of the statements “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “(PHASE)” wish to join the Mechanism for the months of September, October and November 2021, within the following deadline:
Deadline for submission of statements & correct repetitions 20/1 / 2022-24 / 1/2022.
In any case, it remains the obligation to notify in advance of any change or modification of the organization of working time, through the form E4: Staff Schedule – Supplementary Hours of employees who are part of the MECHANISM, for the respective months of membership in the Mechanism.
II. New deadlines for submission of declarations for the months of September, October and November 2021 – B΄ PHASE OF COOPERATION
It is possible to submit the declarations “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “(BY PHASE)” and “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM for September, October and November 2021 and only for:
– employees for whom BS PHASE declaration has not been submitted,
– the employees who were excluded from the payments of PHP PHASE within the following deadline:
Deadline for submission of statements & correct repetitions from 25/1 / 2022-28 / 1/2022.
C. New deadlines for submitting unilateral declarations for guides and tour guides for the month of June and for artists-professionals of Art and Culture for the months of June and July 2021
The P.S. “ERGANI” will be available for submission of unilateral declarations:
a) by guides and tour guides, who are beneficiaries of the special purpose compensation, according to the number 93226 / 24-11-2021 (Β΄5448) JM for the month of June 2021 and
b) by artists – professionals of Art and Culture, registered in the special platform: artandcultureprofessionals.services.gov.gr of PS. “ERGANI” until 10/1/2021, who are beneficiaries of the special purpose compensation, according to house number 1638/45 / 14-1-2021 (Β ‘112 & Β΄401) JMC, as in force , for the months of June and July 2021, within the following deadline:
Deadline for submission of statements & correct repetitions from 20/1 / 2022-27 / 1/2022.
D. New deadlines for submission of declarations and supporting documents of Culture for the financial support of theaters, music stages, dance theaters, concert halls and performance venues – film companies and film distributors
The P.S. “ERGANI” will be available for the companies of theaters, music stages, dance theaters, concert and performance venues, cinema companies and film distributors, from 24/1/2022 to 31/1/2022, which are beneficiaries of the financial support of no. prot.107422 / 24-12-2021 (Β ‘6231) Joint Ministerial Decision, in order to: 1. The companies, whose status of the application / responsible statement appears as “APPROVED” in the PS. “ERGANI”, to make a new application / responsible statement with the required supporting documents listed in prot. No. For these companies there is no need to resubmit the application / responsible declaration of their inclusion in the Temporary Framework or Reg. 1407/2013 (De Minimis) and the relevant supporting documents on a case by case basis.
2. The companies, whose status of the application / responsible declaration to the PS. “ERGANI” appears as “SUBMITTED” and with the indication “FULL” or without indication from AADE, to submit a correct repetition of their application / responsible statement with the required supporting documents listed in no.prot.107422 / 24 -2021 Joint Ministerial Decision (Β ‘6231), in order for any corrections or addition of supporting documents and to include in it the month of December 2021.
It is pointed out that, according to the no. Prot.107422 / 24-12-2021 Joint Ministerial Decision (Β ‘6231), the posting in the PS is required. “ERGANI” from the companies of theaters, music stages, dance theaters, concert halls and performance venues, the contract of lease / co-production / concession of use of space and their posting on taxisnet, as the case may be and in accordance with the provisions of this Joint Ministerial Decision.
3. The companies, whose status of the application / responsible statement appears as “SUBMITTED” and with the indication “FULL” or without indication from AADE to PS. “ERGANI”, to submit an application / responsible statement of inclusion in the Provisional Framework or Reg. 1407/2013 (De Minimis) and the relevant supporting documents as the case may be listed in prot.107422 / 24-12-2021 Joint Ministerial Decision (B ‘6231), in case they have not already done so.
